These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Bricat Media’s services and website. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.
Bricat Media provides digital marketing, web design, AI integration, SEO, and social media management services. All services are delivered entirely in-house by our team based in Paphos, Cyprus.
One-time project payments require a 50% deposit before work commences, with the balance due upon project completion. Monthly retainer services are billed in advance on the 1st of each month.
Upon full payment, all deliverables created for your project become your property. Bricat Media retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes will be quoted separately.
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality and will not share your business data with any third party without your express written consent.
Bricat Media’s liability is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paphos, Cyprus.
