All monthly retainer services (SEO, Social Media Management, AI Solutions, Website Maintenance) are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the 1st of each calendar month. Services continue until cancelled with 30 days written notice.
Web design and one-time project fees require a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before the final website is made live or files transferred.
Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may result in service suspension. A 2% monthly late fee may be applied to overdue balances. Services are reinstated promptly upon receipt of full payment.
Deposits on project work are non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. We are committed to resolving any service concerns before a refund is considered.
All prices are quoted and invoiced in Euros (€). Payments in other currencies are accepted at the prevailing exchange rate.
