• Reviewing and approving work in a timely manner.

• Ensuring that any content provided (text, images, logos, etc.) does not infringe upon third-party rights.

6. Revisions and Approvals

We allow a reasonable number of revisions during the design and development process as outlined in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the scope may incur extra charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bricat Media shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

• Website downtime, loss of data, or loss of revenue due to technical issues beyond our control.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service if:

• There is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

• The client fails to meet agreed-upon obligations.

• Any illegal or unethical activity is suspected.
